Cezar Quiambao biography
Cezar Quiambao is a Filipino businessman who took up competitive poker relatively recently, playing his first tracked tournament in 2022. He made his first trip to Las Vegas for the 2023 World Series of Poker, where he built a following among fans of the SoMuchPoker Survivor Promo by advancing deep into the massive Main Event field, at one point holding 466,000 chips (58 big blinds) heading into the tournament's later days.
That same trip, he captured his first career tournament title, winning the Aria Poker Classic's $600 No-Limit Hold'em event for $53,200 against a field of 532 entries. In a relatively short time on the international circuit, Quiambao has built a modest but growing tournament resume, and his combination of business background and rapid poker improvement has made him a name that Philippine and broader Asian poker media have continued to follow.
